"This company did a horrible job on our carpet installation. They showed up 4 hours late without so much as a phone call and then worked for about 8 hours on what was estimated to be a 2-4 hour job. After that amount of time, they still hadn't finished because one guy was out chatting up/making out with his girlfriend in her car in front of the house and the apprentice didn't seem to really know what he was doing because it was messed up in a few spots. They left, didn't lock the door as instructed with no mention of coming back to finish the job. The guy fell off the grid with our carpet remnants so they had to source new carpeting to fix the mistakes. The workers who came the second time did a much better job, but all in all it took 3 trips, so many phone calls and when I said they definitely needed to 'make it right,' they made a very paltry attempt. I wouldn't wish their service on my worst enemy. I wish I saved the pictures, but it took so long to get the bill and I expected that we would be fairly compensated for the terrible service, so I didn't keep them. Take my word for it. Find someone else!"

Already cost us over $20k in losses. This man is scumm!! Health dept closed 13 citations, each up to $10k in fines, because they couldn't locate him.??? They stole food from the deep freezer leaving it open ruining top 2 shelves of food and drank our beer, they used our hot tub!! They snooped in every room in the house. Over a year later and not close to be back to normal. Enrique, Jordan and Cesar all did this!!"
