"They originally put on the screen on my porch. Some of the boards they reattached fell off almost immediately. One board was not attached at all. More recently, our dog passed and I asked if they would come out and fix the screen on that door and reattach some boards that are off. Their response was that they would notify me the next time they are "in the area". Really? Been a few weeks, nothing."

"I had contacted larger window and door providers for a shorter than typical storm door. They wanted over $3,000 because the size was outside their parameters. Viking provided a very solid door with the large widow I wanted and the interior screen rolls down with the top of the top section of storm window. It was installed perfectly by an employee of the company rather than the subcontractors the big box stores use. For $875, I am thrilled with my new door."
