I had contacted larger window and door providers for a shorter than typical storm door. They wanted over $3,000 because the size was outside their parameters. Viking provided a very solid door with the large widow I wanted and the interior screen rolls down with the top of the top section of storm window. It was installed perfectly by an employee of the company rather than the subcontractors the big box stores use. For $875, I am thrilled with my new door.

The workers for both projects were on time and they both did a great job. I was amazed at how fast the roof was completed. The workers and other people that I worked with were all very friendly, and worked very hard at each project. The windows are what I am appreciating the most. I had them replaced last fall and this winter I could leave my birds in front of a window,and I could sit in front of a window because I no longer had the cold draft coming in. The windows were matched to my other woodwork in my house and the outside was white. Both crews did a very good job in the clean-up of everything. I definitely would hire them again and have referred to to other people.

After repeated delays (3 months) and no shows for installation we finally called again only to find out they thought the installation was complete. So they crammed us in the Friday following Thanksgiving and commenced to botch the entire installation. New ice melt cables with gutters set up to drain directly on walkway for an icy walkway all winter? And a second downspout crossing the walkway in the rear of the home aimed directly at the neighboring home exactly the opposite of what we the home owners requested. Upon complaint they offer us a patch job instead of replacing the screwed up gutters like they should, what a slap in the face.

The company was very very slow to respond to phone calls and requests for estimates. Sometimes it took weeks for them to return calls. When we finally received the estimate and gave them a down payment it still took a month for them to start the job. When they finally arrived to replace the roof, the workers dumped shingles and boards on top of plants and shrubs planted near the house and left nails and pieces of shingles all over the ground. The workmanship was good, but I feel the quality of the materials was less than adequate. The door that was installed is very hard to open and close and the storm door doesn’t even have a lock. When asked why the door is so hard to open and close, they said it was due to poor workmanship from the previous installation. We asked to pay by credit card and were told they would add 4% fee on to the card because that’s what the credit card company would charge them. When I owned a business, these fees were considered part of the expense of doing business. We did not pass on the fee to our customers. We did not want to charge the entire amount only the balance after the deposit approximately 8000.00. That’s 320.00, a small amount when the entire job was 11,508.00. I will not be hiring this company in the future and will anyone who asks how I feel about them.

Two men, including Viking Exterior president John Meyer, came to my home to do measurements and give me an estimate. They indicated that it would be about a month before they would be able to do the work. It was four weeks and three days. The work was done efficiently and we are very happy with the final product. They pride themselves on doing good work and I would recommend them in a heart beat!

Viking Exteriors did an excellent job with the new siding and windows on my home. The crew was prompt, reliable and respectful to both my property and my family. This was the second time that I have used Viking with excellent results. John Meyer and Joe provide excellent customer service, are very competent honest, and reliable. I purchased two doors at Menards before contacting Viking which turned out to be a mistake as there were measurements beyond door size I did not know were critical and of which the sales people at Menards did not inform me. John went with me to Menards to return the doors and helped me to pick out doors and frames not only of the right size but of better construction and durability. The installation crew was great and easy to work with. I highly recommend Viking Exteriors.

The service was #1 they got back to me very promptly the work was outstanding worker were very friendly very prompt they came even quicker then I expected they nu just what needed to be done got to work very quickly and were done in no time and the work was again outstanding yes I would have Viking back again if I needed any work done I had other work done in the past I wish I would have known about Viking then.

I highly recommend Viking. From the first phone call to completion of the job EVERYTHING was perfect. Great prices and quality workmanship. I was concerned about installing windows when our house was on the market but they came in and did the job in one afternoon and left the work area spotless!

The work crew were very courteous and respectful. ?Here even when drizzling and did leave when raining - totally appropriate. ?Cleaned up after each day and left space neat free of debris.

It was a bad wet year here and they had a thousand people in front of us even though we contacted them early. They were very busy doing gutter services. They were very reasonable. They actually came out on a Sunday and did the work to meet the demands of their customers in a timely manner. They were very honest and told us that they had a lot of customers. They gave us a time and they did the job all in one day. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very informative. They told us all the while what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were just extremely professional. Their price was the most reasonable of the four different companies that we contacted. We have had no problems at all. They were very responsive.

They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would do when they did the estimate. They did quality work repairing the damaged framing around the door. This was most important to us as the existing framing was from 1906 when the home was built and had deteriorated over the years. Also the old walls which are thicker didnt match the width of the new prehung door. Very happy with their work.

Lowell, the installer assigned, has done other work for me in the past and is excellent - lots of attention to detail and pleasant to work with. In the past, on an old home of mine, they have done full windows, and siding, soffit, facia etc and did a great job so I hired them again. Again the job was great. Also, as I did check other estimated their estimate beat the competition. I would whole-heartedly recommend them
