"My synthetic grass was installed in my 5000 square foot front yard 3 years ago. It's been through 3 winters and it looks as good today as it did when it was installed. We tried for 10 years at great expense to grow grass but because we have so much shade and because our yard is so steep we were never successful. I knew that synthetic turf was the only answer and I called 3 companies for estimates and samples. When compared to the other samples, ForeverLawn's grass was by far the highest quality. I hired Troy and his crew and I wish I would have known about them 10 years ago. I can honestly say that I couldn't be happier. I would recommend ForeverLawn to anyone."

"I was recommended by a close friend Randy Fletcher to hire Caleb as I needed yard work done. I hired Caleb to run a hi-tech mower and a weed trimmer/brush cutter. I showed him once on how to operate and he did everything perfectly. After an hour of work I increased his agreed price by $3 per hour. When I found out his last name was Formo, I knew that I hired the right man as I know his elders. I highly recommend Caleb to anyone. Not only for yard work but for any projects he may want to take on. He is highly efficient! Please call if you have any questions. Al Kochmann 218-747-2263"

"We are so pleased with our experience with Undercut! They were the first ones to get back to us and come out the next day to give us the quote. Their pricing was super fair for all the work we had done. We had 7 trees and a few shrubs removed and stumps ground out. They also trimmed up some trees to get ready for our upcoming fence installation. They went above and beyond with cleanup and even took some extra brush we had. They came ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job! They were courteous and great to work with. We will definitely be return customers and would highly recommend using their services!"

"We had Garden Structures & More add onto the beautiful privacy fence they had previously built for us, and we couldn't be happier with the final result. Our new and improved fence is even better than we had envisioned due to owner/designer/craftsman Hal's excellent ideas. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. We truly enjoyed working with Hal and wouldn't hesitate to have him do our next home project. "

Topsoil costs from $12 to $55 per cubic yard, depending on the type you choose. For example, screened black dirt will cost about $15 per cubic yard. Loam (soil composed of sand, silt, and clay) costs about $17 per cubic yard. Standard screened topsoil costs about $20 per cubic yard. The type of topsoil you need depends on your landscaping plans.
Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.

Mulch costs anywhere from $30 to $150 per cubic yard, depending on the type you choose. On the inexpensive end, red and black mulch are about $35 to $40 per cubic yard, and are typically made from recycled waste wood like shredded old pallets or deck material. Cedar, cypress, and rubber mulch cost anywhere from $100 to $120 per cubic yard. A pro can help you determine the type of mulch most suitable for your landscaping needs.
Yes, you will want to confirm that the tree removal company you hire is insured before proceeding with the job. Tree removal can be dangerous work, and it's important to verify that the company carries the proper insurance to cover any onsite accidents or damage.
