They raised the sunken part of the driveway and angled it for rainwater flow. The crew were friendly, explained what was to be done before they started and, when done, showed me what had been done and allowed for any comments. Good clean-up too."

"I needed a 3.5' x 3.5' concrete pad poured for a elevator AC condenser installation and I needed it done very quickly based on my tight installation schedule. Alfredo of Bravos Advanced Flatwork was extremely responsive and communicative- he responded to my bid request within an hour, worked with me that day on some unique design specifications, including a late change I needed to make to the size later in the day AND he completed the job the very next morning. Alfredo was a good communicator and very punctual, even letting me know when he had a very minor arrival delay. Most importantly, Alfredo's work was excellent quality. "We went with George (Jorge) for our concrete projects. We did a large back patio, small slab for our entry to our home, and a border for our plants. The quality of workmanship is absolutely terrible. It isn’t for lack of trying, every time they tried to fix the mistakes it got worse. The right thing to do would have been to redo the entire work. He is now no longer returning communication to address the issues we are left with. Unfortunately, we trusted and paid him in increments so we are now out $19,279.61. Also due to their negligence they turned off our sump pump and flooded our brand new basement addition that was completed March 2024. We had to get the carpet replaced which cost us an additional $1200. We are currently going to proceed with legal action. We definitely do not recommend them."
