"I installed the driveway over a month ago they have three extremely small spots that tiny weeds are poking through prior to installing the driveway in those areas they had a very bad weed problem we dug them out and sprayed weed killer and we installed 30 tons of class 5 Road base sometimes the weeds just pop through but I told Eric I would send my crew by to burn out weeds and repair small blemishes in which he demanded a refund and refused repairs I'm not going to give a refund over something that for one is easily repaired and to its less then 1% of the driveway"

"Dave has a signed contract as do I and it was furnished before any work was started we had a signed contract and agreement which I would be more then happy to furnish also Dave has a garage that was built over 40 years ago at least that is below ground level he was told before any work was done that we will not be able to fix his drainage problem and he said ok just do the best you can I said alright but this is not going to fix the drainage problem are you sure in which he replied just do the best you can so we did and it rained a few days later and Dave was having those same drainage issues"

"To be clear we did not come back to repair the driveway because no repair was needed Mrs keeper hired us to pave her existing driveway after the job was completed she decided that she wanted part of her lawn to be paved as well and threatened not to pay unless I extend the driveway through the lawn at no additional charge in which I graciously agreed and after that she also demanded a sealer be given to her free of charge so after all that not making a profit on the job and spending my own money just to try to please her she is still not satisfied I have paved driveways for a very long time some people you just canot satisfy."
