"On September 18, 2025 My husband and I had our furnace replaced by Neighborhood Plumbing, Heating and Air. They did such an amazing job, very professional and organized like a well oiled machine. Justin and Andrew were our installers and we would recommend them to anyone. They were so thorough and explained everything they did and installed a new thermostat and showed us how to operate it. Two weeks later the electrician Spencer came out and installed a surge protector onto the furnace and showed us how to operate it. We would recommend Spencer to anyone also. We would also like to thank the entire team at Neighborhood plumbing, heating and air including the young ladies that make all the phone calls."

I've requested they delete my information and stop calling me as I've already paid as they required before delivery. I will look into purchasing these replacements elsewhere as the business practices are questionable and customer service is poor. "
