The installation was very good but I feel we have been ripped off - we have never received a receipt for the new HVAC system we purchased, $19, 772.00. We have not received any information on warranties, or service contracts. The rebate documentation has not been sent into Wright Hennepin Electric, I have called Wright Hennepin 2 times and they said they have not received anything. We called the sales rep on these matters, he made an appointment with us and blew us off - he never showed up. We have called the office several times requesting a receipt for our purchase of $19, 772.00 and have not heard back from them once. Hunter and his crew were excellent, the service follow-up is absoultey horrible and I do not recommend these guys. They are either so busy and unorganized or they don't care.

The entire team at Air Pro was fantastic to work with. Matt called and updated me with any new information. My original project of converting my furnace from LP to natural gas was delayed due to some of their staff being sick, and Air Pro called me first thing in the morning to provide and update. They also rescheduled everything within the same week! I would recommend Air Pro to anyone! They did a great job!
