"Exceeded expectations! Andrew and his team were able to level and add supports to our floor to carry the load of a kitchen island that was part of our kitchen renovation. Flooring companies were only able to offer a band-aid fix that did not address the cause or offer a permanent solution. We were so thankful to find Andrew and his team of experts at Load Bearing Wall Company. They understand that level floors are key to a structurally sound home. They also installed a 14 ft. steel beam that repaired structural damage and allow us to realize our open concept dream kitchen. I would hire them again without reservation. Preparation is the most crucial and, really, the only secret to a lasting paint job on laminate cabinets. Paint will peel off laminate surfaces that aren't clean and grease-free. Liquid sandpaper is a solvent used to soften existing layers of paint and make them porous enough that you can effectively apply a new coat of paint. Paint your walls while the space is mostly empty, install the cabinets before the countertops to ensure the former doesn’t get damaged, and save all cosmetic changes (like installing new light fixtures or hardware) for the very last moment.
