However, the sales person put some pressure on by putting a expiring deal on the table "as soon as he walks out the door". I never got any other quotes so I'm not sure how affordable it was, but we're satisfied."

First they installed the egress window for us and the next day came back to build a pine wall and door so our middle child could have his own bedroom.
It took two full days and it was worth it. Both mornings they showed up at 8 AM and worked until it was done. They cleaned up well after the work was done as well.
The company is great and I recommend them to all.
