He answered my questions politely and professionally. His bid price was also very reasonable. I wanted it done as soon as possible but he explained to me that it's better to wait till weather's warm enough. And he'd already got plenty other jobs. So we scheduled for July. Then one month ahead of the schedule, he contact me if I wanted it done earlier. Of course I did. So he came and did a great job. He power-washed carefully and thoroughly. He even sanded quite some places though it was not included in the contract. For the staining, he carefully covered all underneath area and stayed away from the siding. He stained all railing and spindles very carefully and then the floor.
