Then one month ahead of the schedule, he contact me if I wanted it done earlier. Of course I did. So he came and did a great job. He power-washed carefully and thoroughly. He even sanded quite some places though it was not included in the contract. For the staining, he carefully covered all underneath area and stayed away from the siding. He stained all railing and spindles very carefully and then the floor. I really appreciate his dedicated work and would definitely recommend him to my friends and hire him again for any other painting job."
