"They painted the Windows, Storms, Fascia, Trim, wrought iron railings, and even the chimney that needed about 3 fresh coats (and made it look amazing!) all exterior. They also painted a couple rebuilt interior windows.  Very nicely done.
Daren runs the show and is a good communicator.  They did what they said they would do and stuck to the budget discussed.
His pricing was reasonable and they were very detail oriented which was a requirement.  The job took a little longer than expected due to cold weather, but it was finished as soon as the weather cooperated.

He oversaw several subcontractors including ceiling work, framing/structural work, installation of ceramic tile, plumbing. I brought in my own HVAC subcontractor. He and his twin brother did the IKEA cabinet mounting and base cabinet framing with an eye to precision and accuracy; he also framed out our pantry project to a high level of finish and recommended dimensions for pantry doors for a good final design. He was quick to fix a couple of minor edits (outlet placement, drawer functionality with base cabinet infrastructure) to ensure we were happy with the final results. He showed a strong aesthetic eye for the finish, providing important suggestions, and volunteering extra touches that made the kitchen look cohesive. "Overall we were satisfied with the quality of the job but we did run into some issues. Sam said it would take 2 days to complete but it ended up taking 6 full days. Unfortunately I had to use a lot more vacation to be home for this than I anticipated. We ran into some issues with the sub-contractors. One guy got nothing done the day he was there and then never showed up the next day. To Sam's credit, he called in another framer and the work was started as soon as possible. The quality was decent but we ended up having to fix some spots ourselves and add some extra framing to make the areas aesthetically pleasing. The crew members were all polite and cleaned up after themselves, which I always appreciate. Sam is very easy to work with and very professional. He takes his business seriously and has high expectations of his crew. Despite the issues we encountered we were still happy with the work and the price."
