"Great job, extremely thorough. The serviceman also showed us our chimney on the video camera used to inspect the chimney. He also took the time to educate us on how to maintain and prevent future problems. Excellent!"
"I needed my chimney cap replaced. They had great communication and reasonable pricing. They were out to help me early the following week. Pictures provided of the work done and the chimney itself, which they provided an estimate for since it obviously needs work. I highly recommend!"
"We had had a raccoon in our chimney. They came, swept and cleaned the chimney, ensured there was no raccoon and placed chimney caps. The job was done thoroughly and they took the time to explain clearly what they were doing and finding. The job was done within the amount quoted. I highly recommend them."
"Alex did a fabulous job. He cleaned everything including my glass doors and left everything immaculate. Yes he will be my Chimney Sweep from now on. Best one I have ever had!"

"We had a crumbling chimney that definitely needed help. We called envision fire and they were very eager to help. They came out gave us an estimate and fixed the top bricks and crown on our chimney. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone."
"Because I had purchased a Big Deal, they were booked pretty far out to do a chimney inspection. That didn't matter to us since we aren't using our fireplace anyway, we were just curious to see if we could. The technician arrived on time and was extremely personable and friendly. A quick inspection showed that our chimney was fine, but the fireplace could use a little bit of work before we use it. We aren't ready to spend that money right now, but it's good to know that nothing is falling apart up there. He was also able to answer a few questions I had and I was really happy with the experience. When we are ready to do the fire box work we'll call them again. "
"This project was beyond our expectations.Colonial Chimney was able to restore the craftsmanship to our home that was built in 1930.After getting several bids, none had the skill to restore the tree that was embossed on the chimney. The crew was outstanding, very meticulous, and courteous. The stucco restoration was done with precision and artistry from a true master. The chimney is absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend Colonial Chimney."
"CHAPTER 2: Then, in August, I noticed a faint whiff of gas near the furnace. AirTech found a small leak and replaced a coupling. I noticed it again and we called them back. They fixed another small leak. Okay. CHAPTER 3: Then in November, our furnace wasn't working. Called AirTech. After a couple visits, they determined that they hadn't really addressed the existing chimney suitability for the new furnace (it was February and very bad weather). The chimney was allowed acorns to fall into it, blocking some vent. They fixed the chimney issue. AirTech has been very responsive when we called about these issues. On the other hand, both of our issues should have been addressed during the initial installation. But we are very happy with our new furnace. "
