"Fair & Square was excellent. We had a very large scope which included repainting the entire interior, rip out and rebuild of the kitchen and three bathrooms, and removal of several half-walls. The work was done to high quality and any problems were quickly addressed. The Fair & Square approach includes a project manager to do all of the coordination and planning so there's a 1-stop shop. They are not so big that they're inflexible and not so small that you feel there will be a lot of unpredictability. Also we found Fair & Square to be very adaptable to the level of cost that we wanted to have, and not either locked into being high end or budget. We were very pleased with the detail and accuracy of the cost and schedule estimate, including use of a contingency. This provided a level of predictability that we've rarely seen in this kind of major work scope. There are specific contacts in their office to help with selection and procurement of materials and with follow up warranty service. Both are very convenient and responsive. The use of a project manager and the additional staff does add some expense however it pays off in quality, predictability, and responsiveness. Toward the end there were a couple of problems where we had to reach out to the owner (Mike Otto) for help and he was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience and we highly recommend Fair & Square for your home renovation."

We did not want a production builder, as we know they cut corners because they have to build so many homes a year to make a profit. Because of this we decided to build a custom home. After a bit of research, we chose to build with Custom Homes. They were wonderful to work with from start to finish. We were on a budget, and they helped guide us on selections that what would work within our budget or close to it. We could not afford an expensive interior designer, so they had their selection coordinator help with selections at no extra cost. We ended up with not just a house, but a beautiful home that our family has been able to grow into. "He was very quick to respond to my calls, and once we decided we'd like him to come out to our house for an estimate he was out to our house the next morning (he conveniently had another client meeting in the area). He seemed knowledgeable and provided insight into what finishing my basement would entail. One particularly important thing he noticed is that the ceiling height in some areas of the basement were a couple inches shy of being "up to code." I was glad he was looking out for potential issues already - it shows his ability to plan ahead and account for possible road blocks.  Aside from that, his prices seemed very reasonable! If, or rather  when, I begin doing my basement remodel (which will now likely not be until next summer) I will definitely be keeping Vitaly in mind for the job.

"Rossbach Construction has done many projects for us in the past. We do get competing bids for each project. Rossbach always is right in line with their prices and my wife and I feel that the quality of their work is always top notch. Never had a problem with previous work done. Work they have done for us in the past includes: Our lower deck and three season room addition to our house, Rossbachs built our new automotive shop from the vacant lot we purchased all the way to the end when we turned the key in the door to open our new place. Never had a problem. Great group of guys.
