They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. When they took up the carpet in our bedroom we discovered beautiful hardwood floors.  They were great when we changed our mind about covering it with carpet.  They took the time to talk through some alternatives with us now that we have purchased carpet for that room.  We ended up using some of the carpet as an area rug after they bound the edges and then used the rest of the carpet in my sons room.  We were very happy with the results and would definitely use them again."

He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch.
