They encountered one issue regarding how to best put a trim piece in place between the kitchen and a carpeted room. That was left undone at the end of the day, but they called to apologize that the job wasn't done in one day. They apparently brainstormed on options, returned the next morning, offered a remedy, and again, did a lovely job.

Our installer was an independent contractor, so he has no real affiliation with 651 Carpets other than a check. But he worked hard and the carpet looks good."

"We had a troublesome issue with allergies to mold.  We had it remediated by another company, but I was still experiencing symptoms after having it removed and cleaning the duct work.  Jymrsa was called by our HVAC guy to get a reading on the house to see what the levels of mold were in the places where I was experiencing reactions.   The JYMRSA team was professional, on time, and very respectful of us and our house.  With the mold, the levels weren't high but it turns out I am very sensitive to it.  It brought me great comfort to know that the mold was normal everyday mold and not toxic.  We had them do a carpet cleaning in the whole house (all carpet!) and it helped too.  The house smelled better and my reaction was lessened a bit by that step.  As an added bonus, they were even able to remove some stains that I worried might be there to stay.  If you have a mold problem, the process is a lot like peeling the layers off an onion.  You have to work one step at a time and I'd definately recommend JYMRSA. They're knowledgeable, they didn't use scare tactics, and they were respectful.
