I was replacing a leaking shutoff valve and inadvertently "broke" the solder on a connecting copper pipe. I tried to re-solder this connection (which is right at the floor) but had no luck. So I made a late in the day on a Friday call for help!
Isakson's had someone out quickly. He was able to see the problem (the copper wasn't round which is why I couldn't get a good solder), he removed the "bad" piece and using a new copper piece I had on hand he was able to fix this and then installed my replacement valve so we could check for leaks. All worked fine.
Cost was very reasonable considering it was last minute on a Friday, and he completed the job very quickly!

Our overall experience with Isacson's has been great. Bruce gave us a great detailed estimate that allowed us to decide exactly what we wanted to do and which options would have to wait. The guys where at the house for two days installing and updating our furnace, hot water heater and replacing water lines. They worked very hard and very fast. They did not waist any time and kept me informed. making sure that I was happy with the installation.
