The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. Their work team ran into issues that took an extra 1.5 days to repair and extra equipment, but all included in the estimate! Great workers with whom I talked a number of times and explained to me what was going on and the issues involved. ASAP gave an estimate that was over $2K less than Rotor-Rooter. Although this is probably what comes with the territory, my only complaint was all the small rocks that were spread throughout my yard afterwards - good grief, this is going to be a process to repair what was a perfect yard. It would have been nice if they guys had spent just one more hour cleaning up the yard. I've already recommended them to others!"
