"It was just over $500. Actually, it?s my son?s house, he paid for it. That included the price of the toilet, it was special order, and they are always substantially more than you can get out of the store. That was our main cost, the toilet itself.

I thought they did very well. I talked to other ones that didn?t really know how to handle the problem and one wanted to chisel out the floor. This was the only one that seemed knowledgeable enough to put in a thicker ring. I thought they were very professional, they were in and out, they worked quick. Price was reasonable, it was more than we were planning on spending, but considering the special circumstances, I guess it was mid-range. I can?t say they were cheap, but you get what you pay for. "

"I was very pleased with the work done! Integrity Sewers responded quickly to our needs! We had a broken pipe going from the house to septic tank. "She came she climbed and by the time I got home she was finishing it up. It was fairly quick and nothing got damage. They also gave me a lead on stump removal which was great cuz really had no idea where to even find people for that type of work cuz it's not like you have a hindering tree take down on a weekly basis or anything but yeah good job and thanks!"

Mortar, or masonry mortar, is mainly used in joints and as parging for stone, brick, or cement construction. Stucco is primarily a surface material used as wall coverings. For maintenance, masonry will need repointing or replacing as damage or land shifting occurs, whereas stucco will need patching or refinishing as it tends to crack over time along with other types of wear-and-tear.

To stain brick, you should use a product specifically formulated for brick, concrete, or other masonry surfaces. These stains are designed to penetrate the porous surface of the brick and bond with it. This is different from paint, which sits on the surface and is prone to peeling, flaking, and trapping moisture that can cause damage. Water-based brick stains are often recommended because they are easy to apply, even for DIYers, and they allow the brick to breathe. Avoid using regular paint on brick, as it will not adhere properly and can lead to future maintenance problems.
