"Entire process went well.  Each and every time I communicated with Paramount, I got a quick and professional response.  They were able to answer questions regarding how to deal with my bar height overhang and creatively able to utilize invisible bracket supports to prevent the need for some type of external bracket or corbel support.
The price was competitive and the bid very detailed so I was able to make sure I was comparing apples to apples.  I especially appreciated the extra time and effort they put in to figure out how to eliminate two seams on the island countertops without an extra charge required.
Once we decided to go with Paramount, they directed me to a couple of granite wholesalers to choose the slabs, once the slabs were at Paramount, I stopped out to discuss the layout with them.   Bryan did the measuring, on a Monday and a week and a half later on a Wed. the countertops were installed.  Entire process less than two weeks.
Lisa's communication through the entire process was professional and always very timely.  
Installation went as planned with the install crew dealing with the invisible brackets with some creative problem solving.  Entire install took 4 hours for all 7 pieces.  Looks great and they look beautiful!  Would highly recommend to friends and family and would use them for future projects.

His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. "Vitally worked with me to decide which parts of the project would give me the most benefit for my money.  He was easy to work with, responded quickly to questions and his experience in remodeling helped me stay on budget.  I appreciated that I could ask for his advice on painting even though I would be doing the painting myself.  The workmen did a great job, were prompt and cleaned up every day before they left.  Quality work is clearly important to this company.

"We're just getting near the end of the design and plans phase. So far I'm very pleased. Gary is easy to get along with. He listens, loves to hear new ideas, makes pertinent suggestions & recommendations, and has put together a very nice design for the project. I was particularly impressed by what we accomplished during our first meeting. Gary sat down with my wife and I, listened carefully to what we wanted to do and then using 3D computer modeling put together a very impressive preliminary design. He has followed that up with a great deal of attention to detail as the design has evolved. Things are moving along nicely. And, what's more, it's been fun."

"Sales visit was pushy, offering 10% off if I signed that day. I regret giving in. I went with single hung for affordability, but I would have preferred double hung. I wish someone would have told me that I might resent the single hung over time.

Installation was done by one man. He was friendly and capable, but he did run short on time. At the end of the day he asked if he could skip sealing the interior with caulk. He offered to leave caulk for us to finish up ourselves. I allowed this, but found that my caulking skills are not as neat as a professional! I regret this.

He completed the vinyl window wrapping. The product was not vinyl coated metal, but just vinyl, so the wrapping does not have crisp, clean corners. He used clear sylicon caulk on the wrapping. At first the caulking looked nice, but it has collected dirt over time and now looks very messy. He used an abundance of caulk and nails. Over time, I have become dissatisfied with the wrapping.

The insulation that Sears installs with the windows is only fiberglass stuffing. I would prefer foam fill. The windows are good quality, not excellent. I feel that the UV protection coating does add a dark tint. I wish I had known that there are different methods of UV protection and not all involve a dark tint."
