"Once they have your money and have you sign a form you won't cancel you can't get ahold of them by phone or get them to call you back. They say granite will take one month. When I asked how thin their granite was and wanted it to be the thicker standard used by other companies they said it would have to be ordered. It took 3 months. I kept calling and got no response.
