"Mike's men showed up in a timely window. Wanted to get right to work. They explained what they were going to do. Explained why things had to be done per code. I felt comfortable leaving them alone to cut the lawn. Very nice, clean, professional and quick. I would very highly recommend Mike's Monticello Plumbing to friends, family and strangers. Top shelf work. Cheers Mate."

"Allen was responsive right away via email and text message. He was on-time and/or early for estimate and on the work day. Bathroom and floor look incredible. He installed a product called enduroshield (sp?). It works as promised. Water beads right off of tile and grout, it's amazing to watch. Allen also gave good advice on how to preserve the existing tile. Would definitely hire him again."

"He did a great job and worked very hard! He saved our roof rafters in our attic and created a new opening in the hallway ceiling. He carefully caulked all of our exterior windows and doors, washed & painted the exterior, installed a new gutter and drain pipe, just to name a few items... Very flexible in working with me on decisions as to what repairs were needed inside and outside of the house. Very relational and friendly. Really cares about his work!"

"I found him hard to work with (e.g. doesn't listen, pushy about doing it his way.) I was really hesitant after the estimate but he just kept pushing about it and I didn't have any other options - but I was sorry afterwards. I don't really like it, the quality doesn't seem great - but most important, it's not level. Drives me crazy and looks bad - just three panels and it's not level! Makes me nuts looking at it - feels like I threw my money away."

"Very smoothly- he knew exactly how to fix up the issues I had.  He did a great job!"

"The guy was very good. He tried to help us and gave us views on all the things we needed to fix and how to fix it."
