This plumber scratched my brand new flooring that was put in a week ago. Right in front of the toliet but the company denies it was him. I have pics of the scratches. He came 3 hours late due to a prev job taking longer. The plumber was crabby and not friendly at all! He seemed upset having to haul stuff up and down my porch steps and long staircase upstairs and let me know it. Didnâ t say 2 words to me. My original quote of $430 was $500. I had him call Mike who very reluctantly brought it down to $463. Mike goes from being pleasant to angry in a matter of minutes. Very hard to talk to about any of these complaints because he stands behind his employee and business and not willing to admit any fault, matter of fact he blamed the scratches on the flooring installers! What a joke! The whole experience was very frustrating and it should have went smoothly and being it was a combo of so many things wrong there should have been some type of wanting to keep me as customer since it was my 2nd install with them but nope, nothing. Just a lot of him showing anger on the phone with what I was telling him. The plumber was old and worked very slow. Iâ m paying for all of that slowness, plus the very unfriendly demeanor. I will never return, and I have more jobs I need to do so onto find a different company! They should never make a customer feel as bad as they have!

Mike's men showed up in a timely window. Wanted to get right to work. They explained what they were going to do. Explained why things had to be done per code. I felt comfortable leaving them alone to cut the lawn. Very nice, clean, professional and quick. I would very highly recommend Mike's Monticello Plumbing to friends, family and strangers. I hired Monti Plumbing to do the plumbing and HVAC work in our basement that was being finished and I was acting as the general contractor (my first time doing so). There was some miscommunication between myself and MP that caused a bit of a snafu in the bathroom with the vanity. I had called them in to do the finish plumbing before the flooring was down (I know, dumb mistake by me) and the worker put the vanity in and finished the plumbing instead of saying that's not the normal process. Regardless, it did end up creating an issue because we didn't communicate very well with each other on that issue and the flooring had to be redone a couple times, but.... in the end Mike Mossey was very generous and helped us remedy the situation even though (something else I didn't know) plumbers don't generally set the vanity. All the work MP did was excellent, great value for the price, and I would definitely hire them again!

Called Monticello Plumbing on a Saturday morning to replace my sump pump...my pump went out while I was out of town and water was coming into my basement. Mike was out within a couple hours. He even replaced the battery (which was dead) in my garage door opener key pad so he could get in an make the repair. Work was completed quickly and at a fair price. I'll definitely call them again!

Our sump pump stopped working on a day when the rain was pouring all day. Heavily. By the time we realized it hadn't been working, the sump was completely full of water. We tried to empty by bailing, but quickly realized that wasn't working. We called during after hours/emergency hours. Mike was able to come out and replace our 10 year old pump with a brand new one and probably save our basement. Quality work and customer service, amazing price. I would recommend to anyone and we will not hesitate to contact them in the future.

Michael also installed a new water heater, air conditioner and duct work. He did excellent work. I will definitly use him in the future.

Mike came out on a Thursay to do his initial assement and found that the condensor was down. He called me right away friday morning (as promised) to let me know that he found a capatable unit for my system and would be out first thing Sunday morning to replace the unit. As promised (and without charging weekend rates) Mike was there bright and early Sunday morning and had the unit up and running within 1 1/2 hours
