"What an incredible team Hidden Fence of Minnesota has! I had a fence with a competitor and adopted two dogs, who arrived faster than anticipated. "While the quality of the fence was good, their process was very inefficient (I mean painfully inefficient). They took about 6 weeks or more from when they put in the posts to when they completed the last details. They came and went, working a few hours, then leaving to fix something on another job. It seems like they would have been much better off to just concentrate on one project and do it right the first time, even if that meant they didn't start our fence until a week or two later (even a month). Toward the end, I had to prod Jake about each little thing that needed to be done before I would pay him the remainder of his bill. I really liked their sales guy (one of the reasons they got the job), but in hindsight, I think he oversold me on Jake's work. Michael, one of the guys on the crew, was a true craftsman and probably is the reason we ultimately ended up with a nice fence."

"Working with Artistic Fence was a great experience.  We needed a fence that could contain a dog that can climb chain link, but didn't want a privacy fence to cut us off from our neighbors.  Amy from Artistic Fence came and looked over our property, talked about our options for our fence, and wrote out a bid right there.  She answered all my questions, and was very helpful and professional.  Their bid came in on the low end of the quotes we got.  Their building timeline was reasonable, even though it was the busy season for new fences, and the folks that came to build the fence where prompt, and impressively efficient.  The fence is exactly what we hoped for, and is beautifully done.  We couldn't be happier with it.

Update: A few months after the fence was installed, a few of the wooden caps that cover the fence posts began to split, assumedly because of water.  I called them, they sent someone out, and replaced the broken parts free of charge under the warranty."

"This is my second time using American Fence. The first was a cedar batton board privacy fence at a rental property I own. The second was brown vinyl chain link and galvanized chain link at my residential home. Overall the installation of both fences was tremendous. Everything went on schedule and in the manner which I was told it would. I was able to purchase both fences at a cost of roughly 10% less than other bids I had recieved. There was a downpayment paid for all material.
Final payment, however, was not given until after completion and a final walk-thru. Upon conclusion my yard was so clean it seemed they had not even been there. I could not have been more satisfied. The owner of the company worked side by side with his employees, always something refreshing to see in my opinion. They were also very helpful and polite toward me and my family.

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
