Customer base includes private homeowners, small businesses, property maintenance, real estate agents, churches and banks. No job too large or small. Most jobs completed by bid. Most jobs require half payment upon acceptance of bid and half at job completion. No charge for bid if not accepted. References and portfolio provided at time of bid.
