We were very satisfied with the work that was done by Kyle. He was very professional and knew what to do to correct the previous problems that we had. Kyle renewed the customer service that we have found to be a thing of the past in so many areas. Thank you Kyle, we would highly recommend you and your services to anyone who would need your expertise!

We are very pleased with the work they performed. Kyle was punctual and thorough in his repair, which was a difficult and complex job and the price was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again.

  • Kyle drilled some holes in the existing concrete and injected a concrete mix to raise the concrete to a level that would facilitate better water drainage.  The concrete was in good shape making this a much more cost effective solution.  Kyle is a one man crew that explained what he was going to do, gave me an estimate and completed the work very efficiently.  The slabs are pitched correctly now and I am very happy with the quality and cost of the job.  He is a hard working young man who takes pride in doing a good job.  I would recommend him without reservation.  Thanks for your great work, Kyle.

I feel really mixed about this company.  I called them for a quote, talked to Kyle and he asked that we send pictures to him via text message.  I sent three pictures to him showing how the concrete slabs in front of our house were sinking and water was pooling by the front steps.  They came out a week after they gave me a quote, were punctual and the price seemed comparable with other quotes.
They raised the concrete slabs like we asked and the water doesn't pool anymore by our front steps.  The only thing that was really disappointing was during this process they cracked one of the slabs of concrete.  When we called to let them know, they said it was already cracked.  I have pictures and it didn't look cracked before the work was done.  Even if the slab was cracked before the work was done and the crack was accentuated by the process, you would think they would have made mention of it on the paperwork they left behind or let us know before the work was completed.  They made no mention of the crack that is now across one slab of concrete that wasn't there before.  Now we have to spend probably more money to fix this crack than what we paid for the concrete raising.  Also, he told us in order for it to be guaranteed for 3 years, we would have to caulk it (we thought this was part of the concrete raising).  He left an empty bottle of caulk, so that we can purchase on our own at a hardware store.  Never before have we hired a company to do a job and then had the company ask us to do more work on a job that we hired them to do.  Next time we will go with a competitor that says 100% satisfaction with the job and states on their website that caulk is part of the job.
I sent a check off to this company, but I hesitated doing it because I don't feel satisfied at all.

The sidewalk at my home's back door was pitching in toward the steps and foundation, which allowed water to pool there. The basement wall would get wet during heavy rain. Kyle from Concrete Lifting raised 6 segments of sidewalk to allow water to flow away from the house.
I had two other concrete raising companies look at it and they told me that they wouldn't be able to help me, although they didn't offer an explanation as to why not. Kyle was able to accomplish what others had said couldn't be done.

The owner himself does the work. He had to raise our 20 year old sidewalk over 7 inches!  He did a fantastic job. He is professional and takes his time to make sure the work is done right. This was a difficult job due to the slabs being sunk so far below what is code. From our front stoop all the way to our driveway, he lifted the slabs and leveled the entire walkway without any cracking. His prices are very reasonable. I shopped around and received quotes from 5 other companies. I would highly recommend Concrete Lifting to anyone looking for these services and I would certainly use them again if the need arises.

This is my THIRD experience with Concrete Lifting over the last 8 years or so. They do very good work, and take great pride in the workmanship. Four 1" diameter holes were drilled and than very 'gentle' lifting occurred by the operator - Kyle Clark. Kyle loves his work and takes it very seriously. He did and GREAT job and cleaned up extremely well after the work. He is very polite, and makes sure that the Customer is pleased with the results. Concrete Lifting was NOT the lowest bid I received, but because of the materials they use, and my past experience with them, I decided to use them again. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. The work was completed when promised and they cleaned up after themselves.  I am very satisfied with the work done.  I won't need to worry about my kids tripping on the sidewalk now.

Construction of cement block garage and concrete floor turned out to be different than anticipated.  The technicians were willing to jack the garage corner up by its footing, but that proved unnecessary as their work progressed.  The 60 year old garage isn't perfect but is definitely an improvement over the way it was.
