"Had our basement finished by Luke in first half of 2018. We hired Luke because he listened to what we wanted and provided a great plan to maximize the available space within our modest budget. He worked at a steady pace with an apprentice to do the majority of the work -- framing, egress window install, drywall, multiple door install, closets, shower surround install, painting and flooring. What he couldn't do legally, he hired competent helpers: plumber, electrician, and HVAC. I would not hesitate to hire Luke. He is a friendly communicator, excellent craftsman and a man of integrity (you can take him at his word)."

"Justin and his crew were fantastic. No issues at all. We ended up changing the tile, nearly mid-job because Justin wanted us to, "love it." He gave his professional opinion and he was right on with shape, color and style of backsplash. We should've started with his thoughts and saved us all time and hassle. He too facilitated returning special order tile we bought outside of his recommendations. We had delays due to COVID19 and tile orders, but he still checked in and got the job done as expected. Think hard before deciding to German schmear your home’s exterior brickwork. If you do not like the look, you are pretty much stuck with it, as it is impossible to remove this finish the way you can remove paint. The best way to remove lead paint is by wet hand sanding and removing all dust and residue with a HEPA vacuum. Professionals may also strip and scrape lead-based paint with a paint scraper. In some cases, you may choose to have a pro encapsulate or enclose your lead-based paint surface by covering it with a sealant or a new material.
