We also do new landscaping designs, if you don't have a plan in place but want us to do something unique we charge a $50 design fee on most all residential projects with our design and estimate to get the project done; to serve you best if you don't know what you want is to give us a budget to work with so we can get the most done with what you want. Our designs and estimates are usually completed within 1-2 business days with a scheduled start date, and project duration estimate listed on your estimate if you choose to accept. For most projects, if you accept our estimate, we will require you to sign a contract with a 10% down payment to hold your spot on the calendar. This allows us to start the process of ordering material required for your project. If there are delays outside of our control (on our side) to start the project greater than 1 week your 10% can be refunded to start the project at a later date. We will keep all communication open with you if there is a change to the schedule. We require full payment on the date of the completion of the project.
