A+ Lawn & Landscape

So we used this company for irrigation and it has been a disaster. The technician had NO IDEA what was going on. He was in our crawl space pulling valves and didn’t know what he was pulling. We have since had CRAZY HIGH WATER WORKS BILLS from them “messing” with our irrigation system. We have two meters and the one specifically for our irrigation system has been insanely high! Nobody will return our calls, we’ve been waiting for a phone call from a supervisor for two weeks now. **we were hung up on earlier by a customer service rep** RIDICULOUS. WISH WE HAD NEVER TRUSTED THIS COMPANY WITH OUR BUSINESS We’ve had their billing company call us multiple times to collect a payment but won’t return our calls about paying our bills that they’ve caused us! We’ve paid water works $350 and we now have a bill of $930 because of APLUS being terrible. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO OWE WATER WORKS HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS 3 weeks later and they still haven’t been professional enough to be responsive and refund us

A+ has been responsible for my front landscaping, my backyard patio and fire pit, my Christmas lights, my lawn treatments, and even sharpened my mower blade! Our front yard used to be used as a parking lot by the previous homeowners. We have old trees with a lot a shade and it looked pretty miserable. Thanks to a+’s work and knowledge, we finally have grass! Their staff has been very professional and knowledgeable and we will continue using them and recommending them to our friends and family!

Wanted to share the experience of my first season with A+ Lawn and Landscape. The summary is that they broke my brand-new planter box on their first visit this spring and 7 months later it’s still unresolved. 1) They break the planter and say nothing. Accidents happen, maybe they didn’t know they hit it, and I reach out to A+ for resolution. They offer to buy a replacement and we’re all good. 2) Months go by and no replacement. They change their offer to some free lawn applications. Not what I wanted, but it’s too late in the season for my planter box, so I agree. 3) First free service comes, they charge me. Second free service comes, they charge me. To actually get those credits applied to my account for these first two applications took dozens of emails back and forth. 4) Then they actually charged my card on file for the “free services” and it took me multiple emails and weeks to get the money back. 5) Third free service arrives about 5 months in. Not only did they fail to waive it as promised – they start harassing me with letters and texts about non-payment. 6) I reach out through the website to escalate my issue. No response. 7) I reach out again advising that I am contacting the BBB and other consumer bureaus and they suddenly respond. I again ask for an explanation and it’s been 7 days without response. To be fair, the people who have actually come to our house and performed services have been kind and done nice work. However, in our first year together A+ broke our property, failed to deliver their resolution, then failed to deliver their alternative resolution repeatedly, and still no explanation. Today I cancelled my contract and filed multiple complaints with consumer protection bureaus. Also, sharing with you all as in the hopes that this factual account helps you avoid a similar situation

Once the weather cooperated, the work proceeded quickly. The staff were helpful and came up with a plan to make our irrigation system better cover our lawn and the grass that we are trying to get and keep growing.

Removal of retaining wall and backfill, restore sloping and lawn restoration

It went well. We are working on our lawn and trying to get grass growing in it yard and they've been responsive.

It was terrible. I had to call them when they did not show. The service that they said would happen did not happen. They messed up my system. They turned off my system and my lawn was fired when i was on vacation. They said if I irrigated and over seed in the Spring and Fall to make it grow, but it never happen. They was suppose to come and work on my lawn. Never did.

Fertilizing, weed control, aerating & reseeding, all done professionally Would recommend A Plus for great lawn care.

I hired A+ a few months after moving into my home in 2018. When spring time came around, I could tell my yard was in serious need of some TLC. Since hiring A+, my yard has significantly improved. I rarely see any weeds and the grass is now thicker and greener after using their weed control and fertilizer applications, as well as seeding. A+ has always been courteous and professional and I know I can count on them to answer and assist with all of my lawn care questions.

It went great. They were on time and did great job. Also left a very detailed note as to what they did. Very happy with work done!

When I moved into my home the lawn had been neglected for a few years, was brown and overridden with weeds- over the course of a few months the weeds were dead and grass was growing well in previously patchy areas. Also installed my irrigation system and handled some landscape work on time and on budget- I continue to use for ongoing lawncare and would hire for landscaping again. Thanks!
