In over 13 years we have seen the tremendous growth of the tree care industry, as well as our company. "WE WERE HIRED BY THIS CLIENT TO REMOVE A STANDING TREE IN HER BACKYARD AND A DEAD LIMB ON A DEAD TREE THAT WAS ON CLIENT AND NEIGHBORS PROPERTY LINE. THE NEIGHBOR DID NOT AGREE TO HAVING THE ENTIRE TREE REMOVED BUT DID GIVE PERMISSION TO HAVE THE DEAD LIMB THAT WAS OVER HANGING ON CLIENTS PROPERTY REMOVED. THERE WAS A WRITTEN CONTRACT SIGNED BY CLIENT CLEARLY STATING THE WORK TO BE DONE. THE CLIENT AND NEIGHBOR HAVE A SHARED DRIVEWAY. THERE WAS A PRE EXISTING HOLE IN THE NEIGHBORS HALF OF THE DRIVEWAY. WE DID NOT DRIVE ANY EQUIPMENT ON THE NEIGHBORS HALF OF THE DRIVEWAY. WE TALKED WITH THE NEIGHBOR AND THEY KNEW THE HOLE WAS PRE EXISTING THERE FORE DID NOT HAVE AN ISSUE OR COMPLAINT. THE CLIENT BELIEVED WE DAMAGED THE DRIVEWAY. WE DID NOT DRIVE ANY EQUIPMENT ON ANY PORTION OF THE CLIENTS YARD AT ANY TIME THERE WAS NO NEED TO WE WERE ABLE TO ACCESS BOTH TREES WITH EQUIPMENT PARKED ON CLIENTS HALF OF THE DRIVEWAY. WE TAKE PRIDE IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR NUMBER ONE GOAL.WE ALWAYS MAKE IT CLEAR TO HOMEOWNERS OF ANY POTENTIAL DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR TO PROPERTY DURING TREE WORK BEING PERFORMED AND TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY IF WE CAUSE ANY DAMAGE."
"CITIES SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER. IT ALL GOES BY WHAT THEY HAVE TIME AND MONEY FOR. DURING THE STORM WE WERE IN CONTACT WITH ALOT OF CITIES. THEY WOULD TELL US ONE THING BUT DO ANOTHER. A LOT OF PEOPLE GOT SHAFTED DURING THE STORM. WE WERE NOT TRYING TO PULL ANYTHING ON ANYONE. WE TELL ONLY WHAT WE ARE TOLD BY THE CITY. WE CAN NOT HELP THAT THE CITY CHANGES WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO DAY BY DAY. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY MISOMMUNICATION. CUSTOMER SATISFATION IS OUR NUMBER ONE GOAL."
