Chad did a great job with my numerous plumbing issues: installed a new outdoor spigot, in the kitchen replaced faucet and added a turn off valve, replaced old tub piping and drain, repaired leaking bathroom sink drain and resolved issue with laundry room floor drain. "I called Northern first since they repaired a faucet conneciton for me last year. I received quaotes for three brands. A lter called gave me the model numbers so I could research them. I called another plumber for a quote to check prices. The prices matched for the same models. Since Northern did an excellent job previously, I engaged them. "My water heater failed and started leaking Thursday evening so I began researching plumbers (I have never needed to hire a plumber before). I put my needs into home advisor which suggested a couple plumbers to contact. The leak was very small (a drip every couple seconds), so I didn t want to bug someone at 9PM. I settled on calling in the morning. Within 30 minutes of my request, Dave gave me a call to check on the condition of my leak and ask me a few questions about my water heater. He was very helpful on the phone and was able to provide a fair priced quote based on the information and pictures I sent him. In less than 24 hours he had my water heater replaced. He provided great customer service and workmanship throughout the job. I will definitely hire him for my future plumbing needs. The whole experience put me at ease."
