"Amazing job by Mudslingers. We had some plaster ceiling in our 105 year old house begin to crack and partially collapse. Contacted Mudslingers and they demo'ed the remaining plaster and replaced it with sheetrock. The work also included removing two ceiling fixtures (one ceiling fan and a chandelier) and they replaced them after ceiling work was complete. The entire quoting, scheduling, and onsite services were amazing. Obtained a quote from them that was less expensive than the other two contractors we contacted. Scheduling communication was very clear and well laid out between various stages of the project (demo/sheetrock/mud/sanding), and the project finished up way ahead of schedule. During the project we received multiple phone and text message updates from the team, and all of our questions during the project were responded to within minutes (even on a Sunday evening). As someone who purchased a 105 year old house a few years ago, we've hired nearly a dozen contractors for various updates around the house. But Mudslingers is easily the best experience we've had. Trevor was part of the team when we were finishing a kitchen remodel in 2014.  At that time we had him open a space in a wall for a future cabinet, but not cut through the wall until we knew what we wanted.  We figured out what would work best and asked him to finish the wall cut-out and smooth the sides so the new cabinet will fit.  While Trevor cut the drywall, his helper vacuumed up all the dust.  They also moved a storage unit to another room.  Trevor also answered some questions I had about a problem outside. 

They were done with everything within 40 min and no dust or drywall fragments remained.  I'm sure he will return to help with some other job in the future.

"Dennis is great.  When I called him to get the work done, he was very busy, but he worked with my schedule to find a time to squeeze me into his. 
There was a lot of work, all of it in frankly unrewarding small pieces.  This is the kind of work we all have around our house, needing to get done, but not every painter that you call in is willing to do it.  Dennis is extremely patient and willing to add extras on to the original project when you belatedly discover that there is more to be done.  I discovered some damage to my exterior paint work the day before Dennis and his crew came over--they hadn't brought a tall enough ladder with them, but were great about the extra trip that had to be made to get it.
The bottom line--Dennis (and his crew) are extremely professional and great people to work with.  I've worked with Dennis on various parts of my home for the past six years: ceilings (and ceiling repair), the complete exterior, rooms, sills, trim and walls.  Every time he has been out, he makes it easy for me.  The job is always done right, if issues occur he fixes them, and his clean-up is meticulous.

"We had a dryer vent that had ruptured more than 1 seam due to a dryer repair.  The vent ran across the lower level ceiling along the floor joists.  Due to the solid ceiling in the lower level multiple holes needed to be cut to repair the vent.  JC Drywall was contacted to quote on the repair of the ceiling and to match the texture of the current ceiling.  Jim was prompt and courteous in the quote process.  The quote was itemized and detailed.  Due to some timing issues it was many months until we were able to fix the ceiling.  Jim recalled the quote and was able to get us an updated quote based on increase in potential supply needs.  We set up a timeframe for the repairs.  Jim arrived on the scheduled date, he put plastic down and hung up plastic barriers to the rest of the home, used drop clothes to keep the carpets and stairs clean.  The repairs took 1 day longer than anticipated as the drywall compound did not dry as anticipated.  The ceiling looks great and there is no visible signs of the holes that were cut.  Jim did a very good job.  Jim was also came in under the quoted price.  The only category that we couldn't give an outstanding rating to was punctuality.  Each day Jim was slightly behind the time quoted to arrive, however it wasn't a major issue to us, and we would recommend JC Drywall for other Drywall needs."
