"I had a water valve break and ended up with 4 inches of water in my basement and 2 inches on the main floor. There was lots of demolition and then rebuild. Tearing out sheetrock, all flooring, cabinets, and preparing for the rebuild. He did hanging Sheetrock,prepping it, painting . He did sub flooring, woodwork, install lights fixtures, He also worked with sub contractors. He was very dependable, a perfectionist, and a hard worker. He did an excellent job of communicating with me as things were being done. He did many other tasks that I probably am forgetting. I would definitely recommend Kaycee."

"First, the sales representative, Jaime, was exceptional. Very helpful in selecting the granite countertops and laminate flooring. We also needed some carpentry done to our kitchen. He suggested a person, who also did a perfect job. The granite countertops were installed last week. Travis and Zach were marvelous. Very professional and thoughtful to our needs. They did a wonderful job. Such craftsmanship. They were on time and cleaned up when they were finished. Last Thursday and Friday we had laminate flooring installed. Steve, Erik and Larry were just great. They removed our old carpeting and pad. They installed our laminate flooring. They did a wonderful job. Just beautiful. They were on time and cleaned up upon completion. They even stayed late (Friday afternoon) to help us move our heavy furniture. Very much appreciated. I called Jim in a panic.  I explained that the crew from a tree service  just left our house, having cut through our chain link fence in two places to remove three small weed trees from our yard.  The problem was, that fence separates our yard from our neighbors' yard -- and their two dogs, who would be running around the yard in about six hours. 

I desperately wanted that fence fixed before they got home.  I told Jim my story, and he promptly called one of his project managers, who left a job on the other side of town to come over and fix our fence.  I couldn't have asked for better work or a nicer guy to do the repairs.  "

"Overall it went smoothly. All of the workers were very considerate with the front door, and trying not to let the cat get outside. The three week estimate turned into five weeks, but with a bedroom that old I wasn't surprise (and they warned me to expect a few oddities). They present good options for each item; new bathtub, custom vanity, floor tile, wall tile. And listen to changes I wanted and took the time to understand why. The only thing I would do differently... get a better idea of what they need me to do and when it needs to get done. There was a problem with the granite that was originally selected and it wasn't communicated early enough to prevent a delay in the project. Not a huge issue, and it could've been avoided if i'd been more "hands on". I will use them again for my kitchen. I just hope Angie's List has another great deal when I'm ready."

"The job went really smoothly. I have an older home which still had the original tile in the bathroom (two layers on the floor apparently!). Paul started the job on time and finished early. He was responsive to my concerns and kept me updated frequently on what was happening. He had good suggestions on design, and good ideas about how to deal with problem spots, which seem to be frequent in older homes! Paul has excellent attention to detail, and I picked an intricate tile pattern which turned out beautifully. The gentlemen who work for Paul were courteous, prompt and helpful. I felt at ease from beginning to end. At this point, y bathroom is the most spectacular room in my house!! I have used this company before, and whole heartedly recommend them."
