"I had a water valve break and ended up with 4 inches of water in my basement and 2 inches on the main floor. There was lots of demolition and then rebuild. Tearing out sheetrock, all flooring, cabinets, and preparing for the rebuild. He did hanging Sheetrock,prepping it, painting . He did sub flooring, woodwork, install lights fixtures, He also worked with sub contractors. He was very dependable, a perfectionist, and a hard worker. He did an excellent job of communicating with me as things were being done. He did many other tasks that I probably am forgetting. I would definitely recommend Kaycee."

"First, the sales representative, Jaime, was exceptional. Very helpful in selecting the granite countertops and laminate flooring. We also needed some carpentry done to our kitchen. He suggested a person, who also did a perfect job. The granite countertops were installed last week. Travis and Zach were marvelous. Very professional and thoughtful to our needs. They did a wonderful job. Such craftsmanship. They were on time and cleaned up when they were finished. Last Thursday and Friday we had laminate flooring installed. Steve, Erik and Larry were just great. They removed our old carpeting and pad. They installed our laminate flooring. They did a wonderful job. Just beautiful. They were on time and cleaned up upon completion. They even stayed late (Friday afternoon) to help us move our heavy furniture. Very much appreciated. I called Jim in a panic.  I explained that the crew from a tree service  just left our house, having cut through our chain link fence in two places to remove three small weed trees from our yard.  The problem was, that fence separates our yard from our neighbors' yard -- and their two dogs, who would be running around the yard in about six hours. 

I desperately wanted that fence fixed before they got home.  I told Jim my story, and he promptly called one of his project managers, who left a job on the other side of town to come over and fix our fence.  I couldn't have asked for better work or a nicer guy to do the repairs.  "

"The work that the crew did was a total kitchen remodel. They started by tearing out the kitchen. The team was on time and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Once that was done the flooring went in. Once again absolutely on time staying right on schedule and doing a great job. The floor looked awesome. We didn’t like the color and were sure it was going to be a hassle to change it. We were wrong. Ben never hesitated with the change and the crew sanded it off and re stained it. Amazingly this did not throw them off their schedule. The next step was installing custom cabinets. This was our biggest worry as we have a small kitchen where every inch counts. Once again the crew came though with awesome work! The cabinets were the perfect color and design and fit exactly right. When they were done we just stared at the work it was better than we even thought it could be. Last was the backsplash. We picked something out at the store and when the guys went to pick it up the store said they were out of stock. No big deal we were able to go to a different store and pick something different and the guys just picked up without missing a beat. In the end everything went according to plan. Even now I scratched the floor doing something dumb and Ben offered to come out and take a look at it. And this is after we paid in full. We are going to work with them to build a rolling butcher block and see if they can help with a new garage and fence down the road.   The bottom line is these guys are great to work with from beginning to end. I would completely recommend their work to anyone who is interested in any type of home improvement."

"The job went really smoothly. I have an older home which still had the original tile in the bathroom (two layers on the floor apparently!). Paul started the job on time and finished early. He was responsive to my concerns and kept me updated frequently on what was happening. He had good suggestions on design, and good ideas about how to deal with problem spots, which seem to be frequent in older homes! Paul has excellent attention to detail, and I picked an intricate tile pattern which turned out beautifully. The gentlemen who work for Paul were courteous, prompt and helpful. "The contractor was extremely professional. He arrived punctually and worked long hours each day. He was neat and took steps to keep demolition dust, etc. from the rest of the house. He started with a complete demolition, installed new backer board and installed the new tile that we had selected. He painted the room as needed and installed a new vanity, shower door and shower head and faucets. The work was done in five days as promised and looks great. The contractor was the best we have worked with. We would definitely use his services again. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. A great value."
