Despite one of his crew being out with an injury, he worked hard to arrange his schedule to finish our project before serious rains hit which could have led to potential water damage to our home. He was very thorough, friendly, and honest. He stood by his original quote to us even though there was some unforeseen complications resulting in more time and additional materials. "It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."

"We recently had a radon mitigation system installed. When they ran the pipe for the radon fan out the side of the house they uncovered a pipe with asbestos that had previously been unreachable. I called AAA concerned and they were able to send someone to look at it the same day and completed the work that same week (I realize that might not always be possible). A small, quick job for $250, so I was very grateful they were able to squeeze us in and willing to take on the project. The first company I called was booked until April. I will call AAA first from here on on. They did great work and were all friendly and helpful."
