From the start Neighborhood Tree Care was organized so that, you, our customer receives prompt and accurate estimates, estimates when it is convenient for your schedule, and an honest evaluation of your trees and shrubs and how they interact with the rest your yard and home. Taking time to talk with each person who contacts us is the most important part of our business. We have an ISA Certified Arborist which is key to having a proper assessment of the health of your trees and setting up a proper management plan.

"Caleb arrived when promised, gave us an estimate and we hired Neighborhood Tree Care to remove our tree. We are pleased with their work. The reason for the 1 star rating is the customer service we received from Joe regarding the stump removal process. Joe called, angry, rude and condescending to my spouse because we left a vehicle blocking access to backyard causing them to pay grinder an extra service call/fee to come back. There was no communication as to which day/time the grinder was coming! When Joe and crew came to our home for the final cleanup, I expressed my disappointment with his angry call. Their was no apology just excuses! Our dissatisfaction comes from lack of customer service skills, poor communication and unwilingness to apologize, on Joe's part, when given the opportunity to do so!"

We are an Organic Based fertilizing company. Free, no obligation estimates that can be e-mailed to you within hours. All of our lawn applicator's are licensed with the MN Dept. of Agriculture.

"We used this company for several years for snow plowing, but would never hire them again. The driver was really bad about driving up onto the lawn, but the last year was the worst. He pushed snow so far up into the yard before the ground was frozen, that he made enormous ruts in the lawn from all 4 of his truck tires that were almost impossible to fix in the spring. It required us to do extensive work hauling in dirt, tamping around the ruts, seeding, and watering. Complaints about this issue over the years were ignored, with the supervisor unwilling to come out and address the situation. It almost seemed like this past year the driver deliberately went out of his way to ruin the lawn."
