"He was very quick to respond to my calls, and once we decided we'd like him to come out to our house for an estimate he was out to our house the next morning (he conveniently had another client meeting in the area). He seemed knowledgeable and provided insight into what finishing my basement would entail. One particularly important thing he noticed is that the ceiling height in some areas of the basement were a couple inches shy of being "up to code." I was glad he was looking out for potential issues already - it shows his ability to plan ahead and account for possible road blocks.  Aside from that, his prices seemed very reasonable! "EXCELLENT!!!!! Had them pour a 8x4 concrete floor in our basement to cover a soil root cellar. Dug out the soil even lower and hand mixed the concrete with little mess. VERY fast, pleasant, knowledgable and did an overall good job!! Even came out a few days before to give us a free quote onsite; not many will do that. VERY reasonable on price and will definitely send more work their way in the near future."
