"Patio was perfect their work was and time of completion was perfect. Two years later I had a sidewalk put in the experience was horrible. It was very rainy very understandable that the work could not be done when they told me they would be out there to work on the sidewalk. However they never called to let me know that they would have to cancel, just a phone call would of been nice. I would have to call them to see when there where coming to do the project. There was a heated phone call with the owner of the company about when the work was to be done. I was concerned about my flowers which I have spent many $$ landscaping mine yard. We agree on a time. I was out of town when they came out to do the job. I got home to fine my gardens completely change, when they lay down the sod they did not cut the sod into the curving gardens that I had them. The garden now became square, they rearranged all the rocks I had out in my gardens plus the plants that I had in my garden. Not only did they do that but they put class 5 where I park my car, this was never discussed. They made more work for them. The sidewalk is beautiful but everything that went with was not acceptable."

"It was a great experience working with the entire Biota team. Our designer Elizabeth had a great vision for our space and was able to utilize our yards elevation and different spaces to their full potential. Elizabeth was great at helping us find materials that fit our budget, style, and answered our questions along the way. Our build crew was fantastic as well. We got daily updates on project progress, and they were so knowledgeable and patient answering our questions. Everyone at Biota really takes pride in what they do which is so hard to find. We are so happy we entrusted Biota with our yard and look forward to completing the next couple phases of our property. We recommend them to anyone looking for high quality workmanship and a truly great group of people."

"Timberland Outdoor Services deserves an A++ rating! Shasta, Carl, Dom, and their team are the best in the business. After building a new house last year, we decided to work with Timberland on the landscaping since we wanted a water feature and more specialty items than the standard package from the builder. Design: Perfect for the space and met all of our requests. Work quality: high, patio was meticulously done, fabric under all landscaping near the house, great thought and planning as to water drainage to protect the house, very knowledgeable team. Reliability: project started on time, affected by weather a little, but to be expected. Honesty: Project came in on budget without hidden extras. During planning, Shasta helped us weigh options to manage budget and still achieve desired result. Price/value: we are thrilled with the result and compared to other quotes we received and friends' patio projects, we feel like it was a good value. Cleanliness: the team was always very tidy. They cleaned up after each day's work and were always respectful of the neighbors."

"This company was hired by contractor for street reconstruction in our area. The results speak for themselves and are awful. Friedges is always low bidder on a project...you get what you pay for and results are terrible. Their hydroseed process includes low quality soil...low quality seed and general case less attitude of workers in your yard. Most lawns including mine in the area are now full of weeds and dead grass where nice green turf once was. I waited to write this review until they had a second chance at making things right. Second attempt worse than the first. I would recommend not hiring this company for any independent projects. Quality is not there."
