"Wonderful. They were able to come out promptly on November 29th. They used their rotary Brush cleaning method that they had on special for $189.95 and for another small fee they cleaned the furnace and fans as well. In no time at all they were done, and their method was not as noisy as other companies I have used in the past. They let me know that after 3 years it wasn't as bad as some, and I probably only need to have the ducts cleaned every 3 years. I would definitely hire them again."

"Hoffman is NOT the cheapest in town, however they are not the most expensive either. They do stand by there work and get the work done . They came out right away when the furnace broke. Hoffman didn't overcharge or bill extra for working the r weekend. Some other companies I called tried to use this and take advantage or just didn't care if we we were cold they we were to busy. Hoffman came out the next day and the installer did great work. So I hired them again for the central air-conditioner before it broke. (Full tax deduction) Installed and done 2 hours. NOW I have 10 years of no muss or fuss with warranty and one call IF anything happens. Jim "Sales" representative was very knowledgeable and made sure we didn't over spend on product or system.
