Good job fixing the clog in our central vac. Offered to check the vacuum for any issues as part of their service, but then added the extra time on to the charge. It took a little longer than I think it needed to. Overall good experience though

This was a warranty repair, The company would not bill the insurance company, so I had to pay them and bill the insurance company. Poor customer service. Jim did a nice job communicating with the insurance company, and response times were very good. Unfortunately the repair was $50 less than a new unit with a 10 year warranty, so hard to rate the value high.
