"We hired Enerjac to build an addition and kitchen remodel in October, 2024, and are still waiting for project completion in November, 2025. Far from having a "tradition of excellence," we found Enerjac to be deceitful, manipulative, and incompetent, with problems ranging from failure to contain lead dust to leaving holes in the exterior wall wide enough for a man to fit through in mid-winter. Communication was terrible, and our emails since mid-October, 2025, have gone unanswered, despite lingering issues like a non-functioning radiator and a cracked conrete stoop, both of which they installed. The project was plagued by delays and excuses. The structure was not built to the plan or specifications, for which we requested (and were denied) compensation. I would not recommend this company and do not plan to use their services again."

We started in 1998 as Cornerstone Concrete & Masonry Inc. We were mainly doing just knew construction. Footings, block walls and all flatwork pertaining to a new home. In 2009 we expanded to Poured walls. Replacing our block division. Thus the name change. Now Concrete Solutions. We have done over 3,000 foundations and flatwork for new homes. As well as quite a few apartment complexes. Along with the new home construction. We have done 100's of tearout and replacement of concrete driveways & patios. We also do colored and stamped. All of our exterior jobs are reinforced with a grid of rebar. We keep all of our control joints at 5 feet or closer. This helps control of excess cracking! We take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality, and customer service that we provide to meet the consumers needs. Following day I was raking for Halloween party and found another shard. They should have told us the window broke on removal and be careful. We had small children for Halloween party and worried. All went well."

"Sandau Construction recently completed a window replacement project at my home. They were one of five contractors that I had out to evaluate my project and bid the job. The sales presentation was low pressure, comfortable and offered adequate time for question and answer. The company’s subsequent follow-up to the various questions and issues that I had was prompt, direct and informative. They never tried to “sell” me anything and focused solely on my desires and priorities. Their overall project pricing was competitive overall, versus the other contractors who visited. Pricing was clear and upfront and included no promotional games or gimmicks. With any major home improvement, one doesn’t want to overpay just to ensure quality. The Sandau Price to Quality dynamic was right where it needed to be. Given the high home improvement demand that has been experienced during the pandemic, along with supply chain issues, there was a very lengthy delay from the project down payment to the actual commencement of the job. Once underway, the project installation proceeded quickly. Installers were skilled, agreeable and proceeded in an efficient manner. The final results exceeded expectations. As window replacement is a major investment and expense for any homeowner, getting that all important comfort level from the contractor you’ve chosen is critical. I felt good with my initial selection and was also rewarded at the project’s conclusion.
