"They were flexible with scheduling - which was good. I waited a few months before scheduling. The only problem was that it had been raining and wet the last couple of days. So the garage floor and all the dirt was damp. The coupon said they would broom sweep. And they did. In fact they also used my snow shovel to remove some of the wetter dirt that wouldn't sweep. They pretty much just loaded up the stuff I wanted to get rid of and then moved the rest aside to sweep. I didn't notice at the time but a couple of areas (really small areas) weren't swept. But I didn't notice and told them it was fine. They even used water to try to clean the floor better. And my garage looks much improved."

"They cut off all of the branches that hung over my house and the dead branches. The salesman told me which branches should be removed, the man that cut them decided one of the branches that should have been cut off, shouldn't be because it looked better. That was in the fall, now that it's summer and the leaves are on the trees, that branch is hitting the boulevard tree. That was the reason it should have been cut off."

They worked fast and hard the whole time and loaded our storage garage much better than we could have - using every available space. We moved some things to storage garage and some to an apartment and nothing went to the wrong place and the movers were very careful to place the furniture in the apartment exactly where we wanted it."
