Upon arrival, Mr. Solberg appeared visibly displeased and offered minimal acknowledgment. I specifically requested installation at the roof peak to avoid obstructions. He dismissed this as a common misconception among non-technical individuals and insisted on placing the equipment at the side corner of the house. Since installation, I have experienced persistent WiFi connectivity issues. Diagnostic tools confirm signal obstruction caused by the adjacent roof peak. Multiple attempts to contact Mr. Solberg regarding relocation have gone unanswered. I strongly advise against retaining GeoSync Communication or Sam Solberg for any technical installation services. "

Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. "MISSING TIME ON ISSUE AND MONEY I had a mixed experience with Randy's Electric regarding my recent service appointment. Bateman was scheduled to come on October 27th, but unfortunately, the tenant was absent, and he couldn't access the property. The following day, Brian Ringgenberg arrived and provided the necessary service. He was very professional and informed me that there would be no charge for the missed appointment on October 27th since it was so close to the previous day and that it would all be consolidated into a single bill for the current service, which involved assessing the situation and changing some fuses. However, I encountered an issue when I checked my credit card statement a week later. To my surprise, I noticed that I had been double charged for the service. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I am still waiting for a resolution regarding the refund of $199.00."

"Awful. This company has good reviews but was absolutely awful for me. Called because of a water leak which is supposed to be one of their specialties. They had me hire a separate inspector/specialist to evaluate the home exterior. They then tore a hole in our kitchen ceiling looking for the water leak. When they had difficulty identifying the origin of the leak they simply abandoned the project with a hole in the middle of our kitchen ceiling. Finding water leaks is difficult and I don't blame for having difficulty locating the leak but abandoning the project with a gaping hole in our kitchen is really extraordinarily bad service."
