"We recently moved to a home that came with a list of deferred maintenance, and we wanted to make a few changes to it as well. Although we’re perfectly able to do (most) of the work ourselves, we had enough to do packing and unpacking boxes as well as working full time. So we asked around about handyman services in our area and were lucky enough to be given Lucas’ name. Lucas was responsible and did a great job! Before we scheduled time, we sent him a list of tasks we wanted him to handle such as installing a mailbox and post, fixing boards on the deck and staining it, insulating AC lines, sealing holes in the exterior of the home, installing inside handrails, changing light fixtures, and installing closet rods and shelves. He came when he said he would and had the tools he needed for the job. He referred to the list we had sent and efficiently and neatly worked through it. He was pleasant to have in our home and treated it with respect. We will definitely use him again!"

"I paid 1/2 down 9 months in advance for a decent size repair job after electricians dug in cables. The job was to fill voids and hydroseed. After they were finished there we still trench and 25% of the hydroseeding was not complete. I tried to get Mike to look at the job by contacting him via phone call and email. The work was to be completed in May. On June 14th after several emails and voicemails, he told me he would come over to review the project one evening. He never showed up and in September after not hearing anything else from him I got a bill for the remainder of the project. When I too, d Mike the project was never completed he spoke with other people that told him it was completed. It is very hard to discuss what is growing 5 months after a project was supposed to be completed. We had to pay others to do the work and some of the work was done by people here. I would never recommend Mike Hvezda or Rockwood Landscaping. Buyer beware!"

They came out on a Thursday. hydroseeded 18,000 sq feet at an extremely reasonable price. wouldn't you k ow it that afternoon a huge downpour. washed alot of it. I messaged Dustin and told him this would be my luck. he came back with, send me pictures when you get home. I sent him pictures, he said he'd have his guys back on Monday to reseed. Was it free? no! but was beyond a reasonable price. My yard is looking great with plenty of water. I will be recommending Dustin and his crew to my clients! Great job guys! message me if you want progress pictures of my lawn!"
