Furniture Refinishing
All joints appeared to be tight but there is no evidence of glue being used. Service provider said that a wooden expander fluid and glue were used. All floor seat joints were open and not tightly joined. FR sheet rock screws (4) were used on two of the joints (in what looks like an effort to close the joint gaps-it did not work). The broken stub of a screw (5) is sticking out, which from my 30 years in woodworking tells me that the necessary pilot hole was not drilled. These and several other clues indicate that a furniture specialist’s skill is missing.
