"I had to speak to at least 5 different people in the prosses and communication between them wasn't always accurate. Their suppliers caused delays, in particular the glass door. First instaler was very good but had to wait a month for the doors. Not happy with door, they seem fragile and hang very loose. Expected much better for $10'000. Don't have a good idea what to expect because each process ie: sales, measuring, 'dispachers , instalers, is a different person and start over with questions."

"Allen was very responsive, coming out on a Saturday; much more than that, he diagnosed the cause as being from moisture migrating through the grout from behind the tiles! he patiently explained the inner construction elements of a shower, with photographs. Because the moisture behind the tiles was the cause, he said that while he could put new mildew proof grout in over the existing grout, that would only cover up the real problem. So he referred us to CFET certified tile setting specialists to get the underlying problem fixed. And he did not charge us for the call! "One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
     The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
     gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
      We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
      and flowing water sound near the small deck.
      The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
       time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.
