I live in a townhouse with many stairs and his quote was very reasonable On the day of our appointment, he was running late and texted me immediately to let me know when he'd arrive. Jason inspected the carpet upon arrival and pre-treated a number of pet stains, some of which had not been completely removed with previous cleanings by a higher-priced service.
