Jason and his team at Ragnar Floors are true, skilled craftsmen. The work really speaks for itself. They were prompt, professional, and very communicative. I highly recommend Ragnar Floors for any wood floor jobs you might have. A before and after sample for proof!

Project started and completed on time. Finished floors look very nice, they did a good job. Ragnar very easy to work with. Only complaint is they left me two very large trash bags of debris, one of which would not even fit in my trash container so I had to break it down into two bags (now I have three) creating quite a mess in my driveway. Consumed my trash disposal allotment for two weeks.

Jason as Ragnar Floors was wonderful to work with. He was punctual, provided options and very helpful all through the process. My floors were re- sanded and then refinished with a satin finish. They look beautiful.

Jason and Jason did a great job. I had badly scarred one of the boards that they were able to repair so well that I couldn't even tell where the damage had been. Their finish was better than what was done when the floor was initially installed.

Jason was responsive, fast, honest and worked within a tight timeframe to accommodate me. My floors look better than I expected (they were rough). They look brand new! He walked me through every step and I never had a feeling of uncertainty or like I wasn’t in control. It’s not always easy to find someone to check all of your boxes and Jason is second to none.

Jason and Jason did a great job refinishing our wood floor! We went from dark red oak to a light white/gray finish - a big change. They were both great about going the extra mile to find the right product to get me the color & finish I wanted. Excellent communication throughout by Jason and Jason and also Sharon. The team was very easy to get in touch with, answered all of our questions and helped us pick a stain color to refinish the wood floors. They were able to fit us in quickly, and we're great about making sure they cleaned up and let us know when we could walk on the floors again. Would definitely recommend them our floors look amazing.

My floor needed help so we call Mr. Samdmam and jason came out gave me a est. A few short weeks later it was done. Looks brand new. Thanks again jason amd crew

Customer service was second to none. I was updated on the projects on a daily basis. They even did some additional flooring installation work for us that they do not normally do and absolutely went above and beyond.
