"Let’s just say communication was stellar from the get-go! We met with Tom to go over what work we wanted to do and there’s just something about making a personal connection with someone that makes you feel confident that the work they’re going to do for you is going to be great, and it was! Can’t say enough about Tom and his brother Jesse‘s professionalism, knowledge and skill!! Along with countertops, we were also installing some unfinished cabinets and we didn’t even know it was an option, but Tom offered without us asking to prime and paint them for us as well, AND he even went and matched the paint so the new cabinets matched the old ones we were keeping, which was great because we were under a time crunch to get this work done before family was coming to stay with us. Tom and Jesse worked with us to make sure everything was completed and that we were 100% satisfied in the short amount of time they had to get it done for us. Everything looks beautiful and we would definitely work with Tom and Jesse again in the future! Actually, hoping to have them come back and do some laminate flooring for us as well! "Project started on January 29th and thought it was completed in two days. looked beautiful. Screws/Nala came through the bedroom wall. Easy fix. Shower kept dropping. Took several Tries and finally a new shower head resolved the problem. One of the biggest problems was a lek that caused a hold to develop in the kitchen ceiling. This fix took a long time because the contractor had other jobs to do before he could complete the fix. We also took the entire month off in March. The repair never got done until Friday the 11th of March. Had to call several times to get the repair done but itv seems good at this time."
