Was referred by two different people of the excellent work that Color Creations does. Finished a basement with two bedrooms, bathroom, rec-room, and family room. Had great communication all through the process. Was timely, courteous and professional. Was absolutely delighted with the quality and workmanship of the job. Will without a doubt will call again for future jobs and recommend to anyone who wants the best painter in the business.

Matt and his associate did a fantastic job. Very professional, on time as scheduled and finished everything in one full day. They paid extra attention to all detailed areas, patched some drywall spots that needed attention, two coats of paint on all walls, and left everything spotless when they left. Excellent work and will hire again!

You cannot go wrong with Color Creations. They were professional, on time, and fixed many issues with my walls and ceilings. The clean-up was fantastic. I will definitely be calling them again to do the rest of the house. If you like attention to detail, I would give them a call.

We've had Matt (Color Creations Painting Inc.) and his crew twice now. The first time was to paint the exterior of our cedar clad home. I called Matt based on a recommendation from the paint store. After talking to him we asked for an estimate, a time set for Matt to come to the house and he was here on time. We walked around the house going over all that was needed. Matt sent us an estimate with an itemized list of product and labor charges, we felt the cost was a reasonable amount so we went forward with Color Creations Painting Inc. We were placed on the list with a time for painting aware of the influence rain can have but it turned out there really wasn’t any. They showed up as scheduled and without delay got right to work power washing the house and let it dry a few days. Windows were protected and everything was kept neat. Matt and his crew are respectful toward we the homeowners, they’re a nice bunch of guys. I had several color samples on the house none of which I truly was crazy about so I asked Matt’s opinion. He has an eye for color and helped me with a whole new color. The color is ideal for the house and transformed it. The color brought out the lines of the house that I didn’t see before and made the roof color I previously did not like suddenly an asset. The house was done in a few days. Well the exterior experience turned out so well that we signed up for some interior work. The second round with Color Creations began a short time later for our living room vaulted ceiling and walls, a stairwell and the laundry. Just as before the time line was spot on, the price upfront, the type of paint again spot on, the crew had not changed nor had their work and it was as good having them inside as outside. I was impressed with how Matt treats his crew. He has respect for them and they for him. They all work together to get the job done. That speaks a lot of this Company. They have integrity, they don’t waste time and they seem to enjoy working together without grumbling. We have in the past done our own painting; I don’t know what I was thinking after these experiences. They show up on time, know what needs to be done and how to do it, they have it all down pat, its professional they’re in and out of a house in a short time with it all cleaned up ready for us to put the furniture back in place and pictures hung. The cost shown is for a good size high cedar siding home with several A frames, with several boards replace, caulking, two coats paint on most sides and interior painting vaulted ceiling and walls, stairwell and laundry.

Great!! Matt was great to work with. He was great at communicating through email and phone. He came out for a thorough estimate quickly. A short while later, on painting day, he was punctual & he and his 2 other painters came and did the work in one day. They were all professional and did an excellent job. I will definitely hire them again for some other areas that need painting. I love my new rooms! Highly recommended. PS: Can't go wrong with SW Repose Gray!!

Color Creations Painting did an excellent job staining our log home. They cared about the logs being properly cleaned and caulked. The staining and top coating with the Perma Chick product was very professional done. They did not have prior experience with this water base stain but adapted quickly to this fast drying stain leaving no marks.

Great! He noticed we needed a new door and ordered and replaced for us...all we had to do was pay for the door.

Both jobs went exceptionally well. Matt and his crew were very thorough and careful. Prep, painting and clean up were meticulous and the house looks great. Matt provided a detailed quote (middle of the road pricing but much better detail and more professionally done than his competition) and delivered on everything we expected. They were punctual and completed both jobs in the expected time frames.

Matt and his crew are professional, hardworking, neat and detail oriented. They are exceptionally nice guys and did an outstanding job with our project. We have a very difficult home to paint given the trim colors and style, they couldn’t have done better! I would recommend Color Creations to anyone looking for a skilled crew that does the job right!

Perfectly. I hate spending more than necessary on anything, or feeling like I got a bad deal. Because of the quality of work, and overall pleasant experience, this was 100% money well spent.

Fantastic - Matt called us back right away and was able to fit us in within a week or so. He showed up when he said he would, did a great job, and had things all cleaned up schedule. Would definitely hire again!

Matt was outstanding from the initial contact throughout the entire project. He is the type of guy that cares about delivering an excellent service. I am very particular and typically like to perform services myself because it is sooooo hard to find quality even when you are prepared to pay for it. Matt exceeded my expectations from a quality, communication, work ethic, professionalism … and everything else in between. His crew was friendly and very focused. On to some specifics. Matt replaced sliding, tore out old calk (many layers) and replaced it … and I don’t mean just the marginal stuff … but anything that looked weak, cracked, or that would fail … all this while blending it in with the existing calk lines. He filled in cracks, knock holes and wood ****** holes making it look original. From a quality standpoint you can’t go wrong and he will make you feel like a real customer. Matt also provided great suggestions on stain colors. I believe Matt spent more time on the project than he originally planned and they worked hard every single day. He did not complain, did not ask for more money, did not ask to reduce the quality, but instead delivered a great product and customer experience. While I feel Matt was very competitive in pricing, make sure you ask what the other guys include in their prices. Included in his price is quality. All I can say is that you will be happy with the value that Matt offers.

Matt and Ryan were awesome.  They were nice, professional and skilled.  I am very picky about walls, and they really look great.  Matt did an amazing job patching holes, and removing drywall tape that was coming off the walls.  You can't even tell where the problems were.  The painting is smooth, with no spills or mistakes.  Matt even cleaned up some errors from previous painters.  Matt gave me a timeline of 2-3 days, and they finished in 2.  Cleanup was perfect.  There was no change to the quoted price.  I would definitely recommend Color Creations and will use them again.

This is the second year we've done business with Matt. We had a slight problem with the deck stain; however, only because there is not a quality water based stain on the market. We wanted to let our new deck age and turn the natural gray, but it wasn't meant to be. Matt returned first thing in the spring when we told him we thought there were some areas that were lifting on the deck. He explained the different types of stains available and re-stained at no cost. Everything Matt has done for us, has been top notch. He's professional and arrives when scheduled - which is important for working homeowners with chaotic schedules.  We plan to keep doing business with Matt. We feel fortunate to have found him.  We highly recommend!

Matt (owner) told me on the first day exactly when he and his crew (Ryan) would be working on the house and when they would arrive. He then followed through on exactly what he told me in terms of when they would be onsite. They were here every day with the exception of a day with bad weather and the weekend.
When they started scraping the old paint, it ended up taking longer than anticipated because it needed more attention than he originally thought it would.
Not only did they do an excellent job preparing the house for painting and applying the paint, but they also fixed mistakes and sloppy work by other painters hired in the past.
They cleaned the work site every day and kept us informed throughout the job.
We highly recommend Color Creations and will definitely use them the next time we need a painter/painting company.

It went great, I was very pleased and I will call him again for additional work. He was pleasant, clean and a very hard worker.

Matt and his crew are first-rate professionals, from providing an estimate to final walk through.  His work was highly professional and he didn't try to rush it (as I had one previous crew do) since the stain was slow drying.  He made sure he had a good weather window for proper application and dry-time. He and his crew appeared on time and did a thorough job.  The work is gorgeous and looks like the house is new.  I would hire Matt and his crew again for any painting job I would consider.  Excellent work by professional and friendly people.

We had wallpaper in a bathroom that was peeling off and one wall in the living room that I, in a mad fit, at one time had wallpapered. Matt came out and gave us an estimate and seeing as it seemed reasonable I did not get other bids. Due to him being in the middle of a job and having a vacation planned it was a few weeks before he started. His work was very thorough and he left the areas very clean. My wife was home during this time and can attest to his professionalism. We also had recently purchased a ceiling fan to replace an old one in our kitchen/dining area. He installed that also for a very reasonable fee. I would definitely use him again.

Matt was extremely responsive from the start. I had sent requests out to a number of local painting firms from Angie's List and from Home Advisors. Of the ones I sent out only about half responded including Matt. Matt made it the easiest and was reasonable in price. He was able to give me a written estimate based upon several pictures and detail dimensions I sent to him. I did not have time to stay at home for an estimate so this was very helpful. I found my color and he matched it perfectly. He communicated quickly each time I e-mailed him with a question or information. He followed up twice regarding our start time.

I had requested that he start by 7:30 because I had a conference call at 8:00 AM and he was here on the dot at 7:30. As I had some work calls to do throughout the day, I appreciated how quietly Matt worked and very clean about all his equipment and materials.

He finished the job earlier than expected. The work was outstanding and the price was fair. I would highly recommend Matt for the quality of work, the diligent follow through and the fair price.

He was there to give me an est. at the time he said  and started painting the day after I approved is bid.He is very neat and does a very good job. Everything is cleaned as he moves from room to room and has not left any mess behind. I just had my carpets cleaned and you can not tell that he was ever in the room. I will probally use him again to do my deck in the spring. And would recomend him to anyone.

Matt was very professional and always on time. He gave us an estimate a few months back, but we weren't quite ready for the work to be done. Once I called to let him know we had picked out our paint color and were ready, he was very quick to fit us into the schedule. We would normally do interior painting ourselves, but our basement project required some prep work that we weren't interested in doing. There were some areas that looked like they'd succumbed to moisture, so peeling/crumbling paint and also some mildew spots closer to the floor. Matt came in and really cleaned the place up, scraping and brushing off the yucky stuff, and then applying primer and paint. We have an unfinished basement at this point and really just wanted to do some minor things to spruce up our playroom. It looks great! I am so happy with the quality of his work. As for our bathroom project, that was very minor. We've had some mildew issues in the shower and realized the wrong kind of paint was used on the ceiling. Matt cleaned it up and now we're hopeful that the shower ceiling will not need nearly as frequent cleaning.
Anyway, in summary, I'd say that based on past experience with other independent painters, Matt's service, professionalism and the quality of his work far surpass that of painters we've hired before. Highly recommend!
